The AV125 /AV150 Air Vents are high performance Pilot and Float operated valves designed to automatically vent gases from low specific gravity liquids at high pressure. These air vents use high leverage air relief mechanisms. The float is counter weighted to ensure sufficient buoyancy on heavy floats working in liquids with specific gravity as low as 0.4. AV125 / AV150 air vents are full SS 316 construction with PTFE or VITON seals. A stainless steel counterbalanced float (Part 1) is connected to a Pilot Valve via multiple linkages. The vent assembly is installed inside a rugged fabricated / forged Housing with a bolted or quick opening cover for ease of access.
